NavPod PP5058-C PowerPod Pre-Cut for Lowrance HDS-12 Gen2 Touch / HDS-12 Gen3 / HDS Carbon 12 (Carbon Series). PowerPods are for mounting a single fishfinder or chartplotter on a dash or other flat surface (8.125" diameter mounting area required). Positions the display at a convenient 20-degree viewing angle with 360-degree single-axis swivel adjustability. All NavPods are made from high gloss acrylic-capped ABS material. The ABS provides excellent durability and structural rigidity, important for minimizing flexing under stress, which results in more uniform pressure on the outer seal. The acrylic cap provides UV protection and a clean, glossy look. All NavPods are manufactured with a double gasket system, providing an excellent watertight seal to protect your marine electronics from the elements. NavPods are made to withstand the harshest wet offshore boating conditions. The internal Poron Microcell Polyurethane gasket is not subject to compression set like many rubber compounds, so it will continue to provide a seal over time. NavPods are secured with nickel chrome-plated stainless steel tamperproof screws, providing theft protection with a little style!
