Netbell-2-1Buz is a one-stop, easy to install and set up, built to last, IoT solution for factories, industrial facilities, warehouses to create a fully automated web-based timed alert system for signaling shift rotations, lunch breaks and any other timed signal applications in areas of high ambient noise levels. This kit includes one Netbell-2 IP enabled bell controller, one 4-inch Federal Signal 350-024-30 Horn, which produces 100dBA @ 10' (volume adjustable), one buzzer can cover up to 25,000 sqf of industrial work area, at a normal background noise level. The buzzer is mounted on the weatherproof back box for wall hanging and has one 24VAC power supply transformer. The buzzer can be connected(wired) to the Netbell-2 controller at up to 500 ft distance with 16AWG 2-conductor wire, you can source this type of wire at any hardware store locally. The Netbell-2 bell controller is built on a TCP/IP platform with a built-in web server and scheduling firmware. With the built-in web interface, you can access, control and schedule buzzer over a network or the Internet, no additional software or designated computer are required. This system can also work standalone after initial setup. Our specially designed, free, easy-to-use BellScheduler desk app allows you easily manage & schedule multiple Netbell devices in multiple locations, using one simple screen (as long as they are in the same network) - no need to log in into each one`s software separately. You can wire up to 2 push switches (not included in this kit) to the Netbell-2 digital inputs, to activate buzzer manually in case of emergency.
