Dynamic Elbow Flexion Splint Kit ; Turn a hinged elbow splint into a dynamic splint.Unique mounting brackets easily attach to any thermoplastic splint with the included thumb nuts and screws. Brackets are designed to hold the dynamic cord taut with the elbow at rest. Lengthen or shorten the dynamic cord to obtain the desired protected elbow joint position.Kit includes (2) mounting brackets, (2) dynamic cords of different thicknesses/tension, (3) brass thumb nuts, (3) stainless steel screws, (3) washers, (3) cord ties, (2) hook/loop protector covers and instructions.The optional lightweight Plastic Hinge, (sold separately) provides splint component alignment and allows full elbow ROM. Hinges measure 1/16&#8220 x 1&#8220 (1.6mm x 2.5cm) wide. Both arms are 7-1/4&#8220 (18cm) long and have hook on the inside for easy attachment. Plastic Hinge is made of Kydex&#0174 .
