If the packs are not warm enough, heat for another 10 seconds. Insert the packs and flexible soles into the designated compartment in the slippers, close the zippers and enjoy. To reuse after application, reheat for 15 seconds. Do not overheat the product.</p><strong>For Cold Therapy :</strong><p>Place the inner herbal packs&nbspand flexible soles in a plastic sealable bag and put&nbspin the freezer for 1 to 2 hours. Insert the packs and flexible soles into the designated compartment in the shoes, close the zippers and enjoy.</p><strong>Storage :</strong><p>To keep the herbs fresh, the inner herbal packs should always be stored in the freezer.
