The Flo Well Surface Drain inlet is designed to fit the top of the Flo Well Storm water Leaching system. This inlet includes a grate that is ADA Compliant. Made of Structural foam polyolefin and UV inhibitors to prevent damage from the elements. The top grate is 6 in. round and the bottom connection is 4 in. round. The 4.5 in. O.D. fits Sch. 40 PVC fittings.
