If you have upgraded your throttle body to a 112 mm and are looking to add nitrous to your vehicle, nitrous express now has a bolt on solution without the need for additional adapters or spacers.<br><br>The 112mm adapter plate system uses 2 separate bolt patterns, one for the intake and separate one for the throttle body. This plate takes the popular 4 bolt LS throttle body bolt pattern and adapts the flange to accept a 112mm throttle body.<br><br>The Nitrous Express 112mm Adapter Plate System features a billet plate. The system comes as a single stage wet nitrous system and includes jetting for 100-400 horsepower.<br><br>This system includes Pro Power Lightning series solenoids, 6AN feedline, braided stainless lines to connect the solenoids to the plate, stainless bottle brackets, master arming switch, WOT switch as well as every nut, bolt and electrical connector needed to complete the installation.<br><br>NX Lightning solenoids feature CNC aluminum bodies topped with Carbon Fiber cans for the ultimate in weight savings. The solenoid bases offer an improved flow path that eliminates sharp turns and expansion areas in the nitrous flow path. Keeping the nitrous in dense liquid form, making more power while utilizing less nitrous.<br><br>These solenoids also feature an integrated purge port which allows you to connect a purge valve directly to the body of the nitrous solenoid, purging nitrous all the way through the solenoid to ensure no air is left in the line, and also makes for clean installs with less plumbing.<br><br>Systems with a bottle include the billet aluminum Lightning 500 bottle valve. This valve not only looks great; It is packed with features including two integrated gauge ports, 5/8" siphon tube, a large .500" orifice and an improved flow path with only one 45 degree turn. The Lightning bottle valve looks great, flows great and weighs nearly one full pound less than old style brass valves.<br><br><br>
If you plan on using coil overs or ORI's with a bypass on your JL, JLU, or JT, this is the shock tower you are going to need. The Motobilt JL front shock tower replaces the factory coil spring suspension for a coil over set up and is the most versatile shock tower on the market.<br><br>The shock towers are laser cut from ?" steel plate and CNC bent in house at Motobilt. The Motobilt towers are meant to replace the stock shock buckets on your 2018+ Jeep Wrangler JL, JLU, or JT.<br><br>The shock towers are scribed to fit the factory chassis but can still be placed further forward or backwards on the frame depending on your suspension setup needs. The shock tower is designed to fit around all the factory body and steering. The factory suspension will need to be removed and this shock tower will not work with the factory inner fenders. Always cycle your suspension and check for any contact before fully welding to the frame.<br><br>They are bare steel DIY fab product and will require you to weld the mounting tabs and seams together. Your factory towers and spring bucket will need to be removed completely to make room for the new Motobilt towers.
