<p>The Pillow comes housed in a 100% cotton flannel pillow case. To clean the pillow case, remove the urethane foam pillow and wash the pillow case on cold and low tumble dry. A care label is attached to the pillow case with instructions.</p> <p>The pillow is made of 100% polyurethane foam. The pillow is fitted based on both weight and body shape. On average the large size is for individuals who are greater than 170 pounds. Individuals with wide or broad shoulders are best fitted with the large size shoulder pillow.</p> <b>Pillow Positioning:</b> <p>The pillow should be positioned flat side down and with the thinner section toward the waist.
