Shur-Co Automotive warrants that all new, unused products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is effective for five (5) years if the product is properly installed and used for the purpose intended. It applies to the original buyer only. Shur-Co Automotive's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing, at its option, replacing any part that is returned, transportation prepaid, to Shur-Co Automotive, Yankton, South Dakota, if the product is, in our judgment, defective. All materials must be accompanied by an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number requested by and authorized in advance of returning the materials. Shur-Co Automotive shall not be liable or responsible to supply or pay labor to replace any part found defective, nor shall it be liable for any damages of any kind or nature to person, product, or property. There are no warranties for used products or products that have been repaired, altered, modified, subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, or ordinary wear and tear.

Simpson Performance Products warranties all product materials and workmanship when used according to manufacturer instructions. This warranty does not include damage as a result of misuse, abuse or normal wear and tear. We will provide replacement parts or products at our sole discretion. Skb-branded hardshell cases are fully warranted against defects in materials and craftsmanship for the life of the case to the original owner. StopTech warrants to the original purchaser of this product that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of purchase or for 3,000 miles of use of the product, whichever occurs first.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty, capital lighting warrants that all products from capital lighting shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year. Capital lighting works hard to assure that our products are manufactured under strict quality specifications and controls which require high grade materials, finishes and packaging. Most products are handmade by craftsman and assembled under controlled conditions. Because of the nature of the hand-making process, some amount of surface imperfection and finish variation is expected and will not be considered as defective. Capital lighting is committed to providing high quality products in all respects and the final decision as to whether or not a product is defective will be made by capital lighting. Capital lighting will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair any of its fixtures that are defective in workmanship or materials. Such replacement, repair or credit is the sole remedy against capital lighting and is limited to one year from the invoice date. If a claim is made under this warranty and an investigation by capital lighting proves the claim valid, capital lighting will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product. Upon such a repair or replacement, the original remaining warranty period will continue in effect and be applicable to the repaired or replaced product. If the purchaser's original product is discontinued or no longer available, capital lighting may refund the original purchase price. The KYB Limited Warranty does not apply to KYB products that (a) are worn, but are not defective; (b) do not qualify due to the expiration of the warranty time duration specified above for each product; (c) are installed on non-cataloged applications; (d) are purchased from an un-authorized KYB parts reseller; (e) are altered, modified, reworked, improperly applied or installed, or abused; (f) are installed on vehicles for commercial or racing purposes; and/or (g) have been replaced once under KYB’s warranty policy and/or (h) are damaged due to vehicle modifications or accident. (An example is where only one unit is defective and the consumer requests a pair be replaced. Since the KYB warranty only covers the defective unit, the claim for the worn but not defective unit will not be honored.) The cost of any diagnostics, removal of a defective KYB product and installation of a replacement KYB product is not included. The cost of transportation for the shipment of an alleged defective or replacement KYB product is not covered by this warranty.

The following is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied. Primax Manufacturing and Trading, Incorporated (PMT) and/or manufacturer’s only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the products proven to be defective (during the manufacturing process) provided that such guarantees or replacement are a stated policy of the manufacturer.
