" Mix-n-Stainâ„ antibody labeling kits dramatically simplify the process of labeling primary antibodies with fluorescent dyes or biotin. Simply mix your antibody with the buffer and premeasured aliquot of CFâ„ dye provided in the kit, a step that takes less than 30 seconds of hands-on time. After a 30 minute incubation, your fluorescent antibody conjugate is ready to use, with no purification step. There is no need to calculate how much dye you should use -just select the approptriate kit size based on the ug amount of antibody you wish to label for optimal results. Moreover, the labeling reaction can tolerate the presence of common stabilizers such as sodium azide and low levels of Tris, glycerol, BSA or gelatin. An ultrafiltration column provided in the kit can be used to remove Tris, glycine, or glycerol if the concentration in your antibody solution exceeds the limits specified in the labeling protocol. " Terra Core Kits are used for current EPA 5035 Method for soil collection and preservation in the field. Glass vials are used for the collection and testing of solid matrix samples for Volatile Organic Analysis and Total Petroleum Hydrocarbons (TPH). Purge and Trap grade Methanol-preserved vials are used for high level VOC analyses (> - 200ug/Kg). DI-water preserved or Sodium bisulfate-preserved vials are used for low level VOC analyses (< - 200ug/Kg).Please refer to the applicable Certificate of Analysis for certified analytes and corresponding reporting limits. Each Terra Core Kit also includes a bulk glass jar for % moisture determination and headspace evaluation, and one disposable plastic Terra Core syringe.
