Delphi warrants the products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Delphi will, as its sole obligation under this limited warranty, replace any non-conforming product. Delphi is not responsible for any incidental or consequential costs (including labor) to remove and install a product or to restore the vehicle to its proper operating condition. In addition, under no circumstances will Delphi be liable for any incidental or consequential damages under this warranty or any implied warranties. A Limited Warranty applies to all Airtex Timing Kits. Timing Kits are warrantied for the same time and mileage as the vehicle’s OEM-recommended timing belt replacement interval.

A lifetime warranty (labor not included) is given on the stainless steel grill burners, stainless steel grill cover, burner box, cooking grates and grill racks (excluding discoloration or surface corrosion). In addition, all DCS grills have a two year (2) limited warranty covering parts and labor for the entire product, and a five (5) year comprehensive warranty covering the radiant trays, radiant tray side rails and drip pans. Should structural deterioration occur to the degree of non-performance, a replacement will be furnished. Lifetime is defined as normal domestic use and service for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Refer to manufacturers manual for full warranty details.

A limited one-year warranty applies to all Jabra consumer products purchased from an authorized reseller.

ACT warrants all products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for normal use and service for a period of ninety (90) days from retail purchase. Written notice must be immediately given to ACT within the warranty period. ACT reserves the right to examine any part returned for warranty claim to determine, to ACT's satisfaction, whether the material or workmanship of the part does not conform to this limited warranty. AEM Air Intake System Warranty PolicyAEM warrants that its intake systems will last for the life of your vehicle. AEM will not honor this warranty due to mechanical damage (i.e. improper installation or fitment), damage from misuse, accidents or flying debris. AEM will not warrant its powdercoating if the finish has been cleaned with a hydrocarbon-based solvent. The powdercoating should only be cleaned with a mild soap and water solution. Proof of purchase of both the vehicle and AEM intake system is required for redemption of a warranty claim.This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the AEM part. In no event shall this warranty exceed the original purchase price of the AEM part nor shall AEM be responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages or cost incurred due to the failure of this product. Warranty claims to AEM must be transportation prepaid and accompanied with dated proof of purchase. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser of product and is non-transferable. Improper use or installation, use for racing, accident, abuse, unauthorized repairs or alterations voids this warranty. AEM disclaims any liability for consequential damages due to breach of any written or implied warranty on all products manufactured by AEM. Warranty returns will only be accepted by AEM when accompanied by a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Credit for defective products will be issued pending inspection. AMERICAN CAR CRAFT LLC warrants all products to be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of one year from the product purchase date for the original purchaser, for the original vehicle the item was purchased for. Shipping on a defective item is covered under American Car Craft's warranty. The warranty will not cover molding or vinyl graphics.

ARCONE warrants all auto-darkening filters for two (2) years from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects resulting from materials or workmanship.

Access at its sole option will repair or replace f. O. B. Access warehouse freight prepaid any access products defective in workmanship or materials. Such replacement is the exclusive remedy against access should any of the products delivered probe defective and is limited to one year from date of shipment. Access reserves the right to determine the best method of correcting problems. Access is not responsible for any installation charges or change backs nor charges for labor or materials. The warranty is not applicable to light bulbs supplied with fixtures. Wet location certification permits the fixture to be used either indoors or outdoors. Damp location certification permits the fixture to be used in an indoors such as a bathroom, and is not intended for use outdoors.

Adenna warrants our products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of not less than 1 year from date of delivery. All products found defective within that period shall be replaced. Adenna disclaims all expressed or implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Under no circumstances shall Adenna be liable for any incidental, consequental, or indirect personal injury, damages, interruption of business, or any other loss arising from the use of our products. It is understood and agreed that Adenna's liability shall not exceed the amount of purchase price paid by buyer of the product. User assumes all risk of possible allergic sensitization or reactions. No action whatsoever arising from the use of our products may be brought after one year from the cause of such action.

Air Springs: Lifetime warranty on the original air springs to the original purchaser. AIR SPRING MOUNTING BRACKETS, SPACERS & FASTENERS: Two (2) years or 24,000 miles (38,600 kms), whichever shall occur first.

Airtex fuel pumps are made with all new materials under rigorous quality controlled manufacturing and testing procedures. Airtex fuel pumps meet or exceed the performance specifications of the original equipment they are designed to replace. Airtex's One Year Limited warranty is in effect for one full year from the date of purchase. If an Airtex fuel pump fails to function within the warranty period (due to manufacturer's defect in materials, or workmanship when installed on vehicles as specified by the Original Equipment manufacturer and/or as cataloged by Airtex), then the original purchaser will receive a new Airtex fuel pump at no charge upon return of part with proof of purchase.
