"Limited Warranty to the original retail purchaser with proof of purchase for warranty determination that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship while purchaser owns the vehicle upon which such product(s) were origianlly installed. Corsa Performances obligation under warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts that are determinded by Corsa Performance to be defective, or refund of the products original purchase prices, at Corsa Performance's option, of the alleged defective product. This warranty does not extend to damaged or defect in the finish of the product or to any product, that in the opinion of Corsa Performance, has been misused, damaged by accident or, negligence, altered or modified in any way, installed contrary to Corsa Performance installation instructions, or repaired by an unauthorized service facility. Corsa Performance makes no warranty for products installed on vehicles used for race or competition purposes."

"Shur-Co Automotive warrants that all new, unused products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is effective for five (5) years if the product is properly installed and used for the purpose intended. It applies to the original buyer only. Shur-Co Automotive's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing, at its option, replacing any part that is returned, transportation prepaid, to Shur-Co Automotive, Yankton, South Dakota, if the product is, in our judgment, defective. All materials must be accompanied by an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number requested by and authorized in advance of returning the materials. Shur-Co Automotive shall not be liable or responsible to supply or pay labor to replace any part found defective, nor shall it be liable for any damages of any kind or nature to person, product, or property. "Subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty, CAPITAL Lighting warrants that all products from CAPITAL Lighting shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for one year. CAPITAL Lighting works hard to assure that our products are manufactured under strict quality specifications and controls which require high grade materials, finishes and packaging. Most products are handmade by craftsman and assembled under controlled conditions. Because of the nature of the hand-making process, some amount of surface imperfection and finish variation is expected and will not be considered as defective. CAPITAL Lighting is committed to providing high quality products in all respects and the final decision as to whether or not a product is defective will be made by CAPITAL Lighting. CAPITAL Lighting will, at its sole discretion, replace or repair any of its fixtures that are defective in workmanship or materials. Such replacement, repair or credit is the sole remedy against CAPITAL Lighting and is limited to one year from the invoice date. If a claim is made under this warranty and an investigation by CAPITAL Lighting proves the claim valid, CAPITAL Lighting will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product. Upon such a repair or replacement, the original remaining warranty period will continue in effect and be applicable to the repaired or replaced product. If the purchaser's original product is discontinued or no longer available, CAPITAL Lighting may refund the original purchase price. Primax Manufacturing and Trading, Incorporated (PMT) and/or manufacturer's only obligation shall be to replace such quantity of the products proven to be defective (during the manufacturing process) provided that such guarantees or replacement are a stated policy of the manufacturer. PMT and/or manufacturers shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage, direct, incidental or consequential, arising out of the use of the product. Before using any Caiman product, the user shall determine the suitability of the product for its intended use, and the user assumes all risk and liability whatsoever in connection therewith. No misuse, abuse, improper use, normal wear and tear is covered under the Limited Warranty. PMT reserve the exclusive right to determine eligibility of warranty. PMT reserves the right to replace, repair, or offer credit if deemed qualified. Defective products must be sent to PMT, freight prepaid, with RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number by calling customer service or by email."
"This product has been manufactured using only the finest materials and has been thoroughly tested prior to leaving our facility. Howard Miller warrants to the original consumer/purchaser or recipient that this product will be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two years from date of purchase. Howard Miller's obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repairing the product with new or renewed components or, at its option, replacing it with a new or renewed product. This warranty does not include damage to product or components resulting from abuse, accident, alteration, climatic/ environmental conditions, damage beyond normal use, freight damage, mishandling, misuse, or unauthorized repair. IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT SHALL BE IN EFFECT FOR THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESS WARRANTY SET FORTH ABOVE AND THEREAFTER, THERE SHALL BE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, (INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE), ON THIS PRODUCT. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or the limitation on how long an implied warranty lasts so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state."
