Synergic function allows the unit to automatically optimize Voltage output based off of user inputs on variables of wire diameter, and metal type. Once wire diameter and metal type is selected, the user only needs to fine tune the wire feed speed, and the voltage automatically ramps up and down as the wire speed feed is adjusted. Of course, if you don't feel comfortable, with the automatic setting provided, it can be overridden, and even completely disabled at any time. TIG function includes, up and down slope as well as pre and post gas flow control. It also features as part of the standard package, a foot pedal for precise control of the amps. The stick function is strong and it is capable of welding with about any electrode classification up to 1/8 in. in diameter.
