The Axis AX-VB4 Vertical Gas Gyro Broiler features a 304 stainless steel construction for durability and resistance to corrosion and high temperatures. It includes four infrared burners with a total heating capacity of 44,382 BTU, and orifices for both propane and natural gas. The broiler measures 18" x 22" x 45" with a 30" spit, allowing for up to 176 lb. of meat to be cooked.
