Designed for stacking, this 2 oven unit is perfect for busy operations that are tight on space. Between 30 seconds and 15 minutes, each oven cooks food by passing it along a 50" long, flexible stainless steel conveyor belt. As it moves, the conveyor passes by 4 separate fingers that distribute jets of hot air towards the food for quick and precise cooking.
