The Gates QD8D40.0 QD Multi-Duty Sheaves feature a D Section design with an outside diameter of 40.60 inches and 8 grooves. They have a face width of 11-13/16 inches and a bore of 5-7/8 inches. The sheaves are precision manufactured and statically balanced, with a full split in the bushing allowing for easy installation and removal. A precise sheave design produces a positive, press fit to the shaft.
