The FINEX Cast Iron Lid features rim rests that are only a ten-thousandth of an inch high, which prevents lids from rattling—even at a boil. Our carefully constructed lids also feature dual basting rings, which collect steam and evenly distributes it back into the dish, locking in moisture. This cast iron lid also has a heavy inner lip that prevents crucial moisture from escaping the pot. The octagonal design of the lid allows it to easily become 8 steam vents. Simply rotate the lid for it to create 8 steam vents that equally distribute the dispersion of water.
