These complete prefab kits include everything needed for a basic modular inplant office. The modular design means units are easily and cost effectively relocated to meet changing needs. All models include interchangeable wall panels (insulated and sound and fire rated), acoustical drop ceiling, steel roof, framing, connecting hardware, and pre-hung steel right-hand door with window. These Class-A wall panels are made of a polystyrene core clad with thick vinyl gypsum insulation. Measures 3 thick x 8'H. Thermal insulation value of R-11 with a sound transmission class rating of STC-31. C
