Legend Valve . 108-904AR
The Legend 108-904AR Cartridge and Stem Assembly is a new replacement part designed for 4" T-550 Wall Hydrants. It has an overall length of 7-5/8" and contains 2 O-rings. To install, remove the existing stem from the sillcock and measure the stem for accurate length. If the cartridge seems too large, tap it gently with a hammer to remove any burr, allowing it to fit properly. This stem assembly is not compatible with T-550 sillcocks made after 2007.
4 in. Replacement cartridge for T-550, this cartridge would be installed in a sillcock with a black handle and silver disc with black lettering including the phrase "Pat. Pend." Simply remove the handle, loosen the packing nut and pull out the existing stem and cartridge assembly. Then, insert the new replacement cartridge, reassemble the bonnet nut and handle.

The stem assembly cartridge contains 2 O-rings. Overall length from the end of the cartridge to the other end of the stem is 7-5/8". Remove existing stem from sillcock, then measure stem from end to end for accurate length. Installation tip: if cartridge seems too big to fit into the sillcock body, tap with hammer when installing. This will remove the burr where the 2 parts of the body connect making it able to fit. Note: This stem will not fit T-550 sillcocks made after 2007.
