The Plast-O-Matic RVDT Series relief valve is designed for use with ultra-pure water and concentrated etchants. Its PTFE diaphragm provides contamination-free sealing and is non-leaching, making it suitable for the semiconductor industry. The valve features a rugged thermoplastic construction and a large diaphragm area, which delivers more sensitivity and less pressure drop under flow conditions. It functions as a relief valve, by-pass valve, back-pressure valve, and anti-siphon valve.
