Clay features an easy-to-use design that air dries to a hard solid to eliminate the need for baking or firing. Water can be added to the clay to soften or join pieces. When joining two pieces together, score or roughen both surfaces, then apply slip before pressing firmly together. To make slip, simply mix clay and water until it's the consistency of heavy cream.
