It comes finished in an aluminum-colored painted finish and it is surface-mounted on the exterior side of doors. It features an optional 2-1/4 in. hole center spacing, or a 6-7/8 in. hole center spacing and it measures 4-1/2 in. height. For use with mortise style handles with hook style mortise latches.
