ALEKO Sunshade Half Cassette Patio Deck Awning 10x8 ft Brown Color

Outsmart the weather with ALEKO's 10 x 8 ft. (3 x 2.4 m) Half Cassette Retractable Patio Awning with Brown color fabric. This awning delivers the perfect amount of shade for your patio or balcony, and efficiently protects your home or business from sun damage or light rain. The half cassette frame is designed to provide better fabric protection and longevity compared to a traditional awning frame, and the modern dark grey color will show less dirt than more common white frames. When not in use, the awning retracts into the frame's metal cover, which will preserve the color and durability of the fabric much longer than a traditional open frame. The fabric offers up to 76 square feet of coverage and is made from 100% polyester to best protect you from the elements and keep the inside of your home cool on hot days. Included is a simple hand crank which opens or closes the awning within a minute, and requires no electricity. Assembly is required with One-Year Warranty included. It comes with standard vertical wall brackets but can also be mounted under the roof overhang or to the bottom of a horizontal surface using an additional Ceiling Bracket Semi Cassette frame has extra coverage in front which offers partial fabric protection when awning fabric is retracted; regular use of the cassette frame will keep your awning looking good for years to come. FEATURES: Perfect for adding shade, rain protection, and curb appeal to your home or business. Hand crank opens the awning quickly, smoothly, and quietly without the need for electricity. Partially or fully retract your awning for a customized patio sun shade solution; up to 76 square feet of coverage. Actual Frame Dimensions: 9.8 x 8 Feet. Actual Fabric Dimensions: 9.5 x 8 Feet.
