The Plast-O-Matic RVDT Series Polypropylene Relief Valve is designed for use with ultra-pure water and concentrated etchants. It features a unique PTFE diaphragm that provides contamination-free sealing and is non-leaching, making it suitable for the semiconductor industry. The valve has a 5-100 psi pressure range and a 1-1/2" NPT female connection. Its rugged thermoplastic construction and large diaphragm area deliver more sensitivity and less pressure drop under flow conditions.
