" The patented RXPert Double Filtered Balance System is a Class I Enclosure that meets the USP < - 800> -requirements for non-sterile compounding with NO DUCTWORK! It provides user protection by keeping powders and particulates contained during hazardous drug manipulation. It features durable glass and steel construction, ergonomic air foil with aerodynamic Clean-Sweep airflow openings, and deep interior of 23.4" or 30.0" depending on the model. The RXPert features in intrinsically safe negative pressure design constructed of a static-dissipative powder-coated aluminum frame, steel rear plenum and baffle, and tempered safety glass. This balance enclosure includes 2 HEPA filters to provide redundant HEPA filtration in series. The true bag-in/bag-out HEPA filter disposal system allows for safe filter replacement. Each of the HEPA filters 100% independently scanned for easy leak detection without removing impellers or filters. It includes a built-in blower with dynamically-balanced, vibration-isolated motorized impeller and speed control. The blower has a 40% reserve so that the speed may be adjusted as needed by a certified technician as the filter loads. Optional filtration kits and thimble ducting kits are available to convert existing XPert Balance Filtered Systems and XPert Bulk Powder Filtered Systems. RXPert Single Filtered models with factory-installed canopy and damper for ducting outside are also available. All models include a built-in analog airflow monitor. Widths of 2', 3' and 4' with standard height and 4â, 5â and 6â with tall height or tall height and extended depth are available. Some models include a stainless steel or epoxy work surface.
