The Sigmund anniversary knife is a little bit out of the ordinary. It was designed by two generations of Helle men. The blade was designed by Sigmund Helle in the 1930's and its handle by his son Torodd in 2012. The Sigmund is a classic all-purpose knife that features a beautiful stacked handle with beech, leather and ebony. The blade is Helle's triple laminated stainless steel for extraordinary sharpness.
