They are completely manufactured in our facility in the USA from 1/8 inch plate steel and powder coated black. They have a 1/2 inch hole to accommodate any light of your choice. The factory windshield bolts must be used when installing these brackets. Lights are not included. HOWEVER, you can buy this bracket WITH the lights as our part number J0040930.
