HUMAA0432 Pale Grey Gloss 14ml Tinlet No 40 Enamel Paint Humbrol Humbrol paint is intended for a wide variety of surfaces including most plastics, wood, glass, ceramics, metal, cardboard, sealed plaster, sealed hardboard and more (always try on a small test area to check suitability). Each 14ml / .47oz tinlet covers approx.0.3m depending on thickness of application. Use a brush straight from the tin without thinning. Airbrush with a suitable thinner such as Humbrol Enamel Thinners. Two thin coats are preferable to one thick coat. The usual thinning ratio is 2 parts paint to 1 part thinner. Note that Metalcote colours are designed to be polished when fully dry. Drying time for gloss paint is between 1 and 2 hours. Drying for Matt Satin is 20 to 40 minutes for touch dry, up to 24 hours for hard dry. Metallics will hard dry in approx. 10 days. Drying times will vary according to ambient temperature and humidity. Recoat in 6 hours minimum, but preferably overnight. Clean brushes with Humbrol Enamel Thinner or any suitable enamel thinner. Clean airbrushes by thoroughly flushing with Humbrol Enamel Thinners or suitable enamel thinner. Humbrol paint products are permanent once dry. Intended for ages 14 and older.
