CMA Steam/water Valve Gasket Holder Threaded Insert
These can be a bit labor intensive to remove, and really you shouldn't need to. You will need to clamp the gasket holder this threads into (W_165) in a vice with rubber or wood clamps to avoid damaging or scratching the gasket holder.
