Clevite Engine Parts TW-588S Clevite Thrust Washer Bearings | Summit Racing
The Clevite TW-588S Engine Crankshaft Thrust Washer Set is designed to limit axial movement and provide a bearing surface. Thrust bearings support axial load, and the washers feature either multiple tapered ramps and small flat pads or curved surfaces following a sine wave contour. Tear-drop or through grooves on the flange faces and wedge shaped ramps allow engine oil to enter between the shaft and bearing surfaces, manufactured to meet or exceed OE specifications.
