Dixon Sanitary Cam and Groove Global Type C Adapters are Female Cam Coupler x Hose Shank fittings for transitioning your hose directly to a camlock connection. These Type C camlock fittings are available from 1/2" up to 4" in A380 Permanent Mold Aluminum or 316 Investment Cast Stainless Steel. Dixon cam fittings incorporate an extra long shank design that allows for proper banding, eliminating a major cause of hose damage. Dixon camlock fittings are all precision machined to rigid tolerances and designed to be interchangeable with all products produced to Commercial Item Description A-A-59326B. However, no standard exists for the 1/2" and 8" fittings and generally these will not interchange with other manufacturers. All couplers, regardless of casting material, utilize durable stainless steel cam arm pins that will not rust or bind.
