The Bird & Trout knife from TOPS Knives was designed by outdoors enthusiast Allen Jensen. The Bird and Trout knife excels at many tasks including skinning, cleaning fish and all-around camp kitchen tasks among other things. The handle design allows for many grip options. The "nesmuk hump" makes cleaning fish a breeze and the finger choil allows for choking up on the blade and thumb placement for tough skinning jobs. Includes a premium leather sheath.
