Knotty Tiger is exceptionally muscle friendly, easy to use and the ideal massage tool to help you untangle those knots in your body. Exclusive Tiger Tail Gription offers deep grip and friction to help massage deep and quickly eliminate knots in fascia and muscles. Additionally, the Knotty Tiger works to relieve minor muscle knots, aches, and soreness, particularly those arising after exercise or while you are on the road to recovery. Portable and easy to pack, take the Knotty Tiger with you wherever you go. Three trigger point curves are situated within the Knotty Tiger to apply differing amounts of pressure. A non-slip grip feature boasts a hard, firm and smooth surface to ensure the Knotty Tiger glides over clothing without causing damage to your garments or sacrificing performance. This massage tool is ideally suited to anyone who carries stress and tension in the back and shoulders or suffers from regular headaches. The Knotty Tiger saves your hands, fingers, and thumbs from fatigue. With the right amount of pressure, it actually can feel like an elbow tool - where someone is using their elbow to help dig into some of those tough, tight muscles. To gain maximum performance from the tool, use for self-massaging on the neck, shoulder, biceps, triceps, arm, and other small muscle groups. To clean and maintain your Knotty Tiger tool, simply apply cleaning gel or gently wash with soap and water. This prevents any lasting beads of sweat from damaging the material or causing irritation to your skin.
