It has interior locking and a no-lockout feature. For out-swinging wood or metal doors; finish is black hammered or textured, referred to as Colonial; fits doors 5/8" to 1-1/4" (16 to 32 mm) thick; 1-3/4" (44.5 mm) mounting hole centers.
