AliMed Sit-Straight Release Pommel Cushion has a pommel that conveniently drops out of the way to make transfers. The pommel of this pressure-relieving cushion attaches securely with a hook and loop strap. While in place, the pommel assists with hip abduction and provides a gentle reminder of the agitated individual who fidgets out of position on other cushions.
