The NVX XSBI80 Microprocessor-Controlled 80 Amp Dual Sensing Smart Relay Battery Isolator monitors the main starter battery voltage, automatically connecting the auxiliary battery to the charging system when the starter battery reaches 13.2 volts. It helps lengthen the life of your starter battery by preventing excessive wear from charging and draining between two vehicles' batteries wired in parallel. This isolator can handle 80 Amps at 12V continuous power and 150 Amps surge power, with a switching power range of 10-16 VDC and a low draw of less than 1 Amp when on.
