The ICOM IC-M424G 22 is a compact marine VHF radio with a hailer, featuring a MA-500TR AIS transponder compatible design. It includes an AquaQuake draining function and IPX7 submersible protection, allowing it to withstand up to 1m of water for 30 minutes. The radio also offers weather channels with an alert function and a dual/tri-watch function for monitoring Ch. 16 and/or the call channel.
