Marshall usa limited non-transferable warranty all marshall amplifiers sold by authorized marshall usa dealers are warranted by marshall usa to be free from detects in material or workmanship under use and service period of five (5) years on parts and three (3) years on labor and speakers from the original date of purchase. Products must be purchased from an authorized dealer within the continental united states in order to receive warranty service. Any products found to be defective within the applicable period will be replaced at the option of marshall usa. Without any charge provided that: (1) the product was not modified, misused, abused, improperly maintained by any person not authorized by marshall usa, (2) failure resulted from a defect in material or workmanship and was not damaged due to use other than its intended use; (3) the product was not used in abnormal, excessive, or unusual operating conditions and (4) the product is promptly delivered prepaid to the seller at the place of purchase or to an authorized marshall usa warranty service center with proof of purchase within the applicable period. Do not return units to marshall usa for service. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those expressed herein. Further, there is no warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty does not cover units for loan or rental. Limitation of liability; the above warranty represents purchaser's exclusive remedy and marshall usa shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages relating to the product sold. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranty or the exclusion may not apply to some purchasers. This warranty gives purchasers specific legal rights and purchasers may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Maxsa innovations, llc warrants to the original consumer/purchaser that this product shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and circumstances for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase for use. No person, firm, or coporation is authorized to assume for maxsa innovations, llc any other liability in connection with the sale and use of the product. Maxsa innovations, llc and agents and distributors will bear no liability whatsoever for incidental or consequential damages or charges of any kind. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged or tampered with or if the product or any such parts have been opened. In all cases of damage during shipment, a claim must be filed with the shipping carrier and not with maxsa innovations, llc. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Mercer Tool Corp. promises the original purchaser to repair or replace any knife found to be defective in material or workmanship when put to everyday use and cared for according to instructions. Minor imperfections, surface markings due to shipping, and slight color variations are normal. This warranty excludes damage from misuse or abuse, such as dishwasher use, neglect, accident, alteration, fire, or theft. This warranty covers only knives and no other product. Incidental, special, consequential or indirect damages are not covered by this guarantee.
Merchandise is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship for 12 months from the date of delivery to Purchaser. Schrader-Bridgeport will, at its option, replace or repair any merchandise proved defective in material or workmanship, or both, during the warranty period. This shall be the sole remedy for breach of warranty. The warranty shall be void to the extent that any of the following occurs: (a) improper installation of the Products into vehicles; or (b) improper usage by Purchaser; or (c) induction of defect by other products; or (d) mishandling of the Products or other abuse; or (e) improper matching with other applications; or (f) collision, engine overheating or oil starvation, product contamination, including, but not limited to, with oil or antifreeze; or (g) the Products are used for racing or competition; or (h) any use not recommended in writing by Schrader-Bridgeport.
