This way it is used to synchronize different devices without any cables or fragile wireless transmission.</p><p><strong>All Sync & Timecode Rates</strong><br />Surpassing the already comprehensive facilities of its predecessor it not only covers all timecode rates and sync formats but it also allows the user to apply an offset to the TC output to allow for the processing delay created in some HD cameras.</p><p><strong>3D Rig functionality</strong><br />3D camera rigs can be made lighter and neater by utilising the 2nd TC output, and the sync OP which can be switched to drive a dual load.</p><p><strong>The Ambient Clockit Network</strong><br />The integrated transceiver and the 2nd Lemo socket can be used to interface with the Clockit Network System. It also allows the ACL 204 to work as a fully functional, generator buffered wireless Time Code transceiver. With firmware version 3.1 or higher the new c-jam mode does not stop after the first jam. It will resend smaller timestamps every 4 seconds.<br />All receiving units now compare their internal generated timecode with the highly accurate timestamp and pull up or down the generator speed until they are perfectly matched.This way a drift between all ACN devices on set can be avoided completely.</p><p><strong>Use your Lockit as computer Time Code & Sync Interface</strong><br />Plugged in into a computer, the Lockit transforms into a highly accurate Midi Timecode Interface with LTC / Midi Timecode conversion. This way the ACL 204 opens up the possibility to sync for examples multiple cameras with a Pro Tools workstation.</p><p>To accommodate for all this the hardware has been completely revised into a flexible, fully programmable FPGA architecture. A front loaded OLED display will give instant visual feedback about the current configuration and assist while moving through the menu to make adjustments.</p><p>This is now done on the fly with an easy to operate one-finger navigation system - no more need for screwdrivers or powercycling the unit.</p><p><strong>No mismatching Time Code & Sync settings anymore</strong><br />An intelligent algorithm will prevent configuration of improper, mismatched TC and Sync rates or unintended alterations to the setup. Still being a simplistic TC and Sync box at the core driven by 2 AA cells in the familiar rugged footprint the ACL204 can be considered the pinnacle of portable synchronization.</p>
The AMS4 is a versatile audio monitoring system. This one RU high unit can be used to monitor analog audio, AES digital audio and SDI embedded audio. The SDI demuxer may be added as an option. </p><p>The AMS4 features an 8 x 1 input switcher (four analog sources, four AES sources) with auto recognition of 75 or 110 Ohm AES signals. A direct balanced stereo analog audio output of the switcher is available on the rear panel. A ten segment LED stereo VU meter and phase indicator is included on the front panel. The AMS4 offers full range acoustic monitoring and may be muted via external control. Two front panel push button switches, MODE and SOURCE, and a dot matrix LED readout allows the user to select the source to be monitored. The MODE switch steps through analog, AES digital and SDI modes while the SOURCE switch selects the input from that group. Use A1 through A4 for analog, D1 through D4 for AES and SD1 through SD8 for embedded signals. On power down, the last selection is stored in memory. </p><p>If a signal is lost or corrupted in the AES digital and SDI modes, the display will alternate between the source selection and the letters NL, signifying no lock. In the SDI mode, a flashing number in the source ID code signifies that embedded audio is not present. The AMS4 will automatically detect whether the AES/EBU digital signal is balanced (110 Ohms) or unbalanced (75 Ohms). In the event that both a balanced and unbalanced signal is connected simultaneously to the same AES input, random selection between the two sources will occur. </p><p>A convenient front panel mounted TRS headset jack is also provided. The speaker feeds are normalled through this jack to automatically mute the speakers when a headset is plugged in. Connections to the AMS4 are made on convenient pluggable screw terminals for the balanced analog and digital AES inputs and outputs. The unbalanced digital audio inputs and SDI inputs are made on 75 Ohm BNC connectors. </p><p>The EXT MUTE IN requires a closure to ground to mute the monitor. Once muted, the display window of the AMS4 will alternate between the selected source ID and the word MUTE. The open collector output EXT MUTE TALLY pin will be activated. Connections to the external mute control and tally are available on a pluggable screw terminal, located on the rear panel.</p>

The SERIAL COMM DB9 connector includes GPI and GPO inputs that may be used for tally and external control functions. AES re-clocked copies of the four input signals are provided on the rear panel. The signals are provided as both balanced, on pluggable 3-pin terminals, or unbalanced signals on BNC connectors. The unit provides an analog stereo output that is a copy of the signal being fed to the integral speaker system. This stereo output may be configured to follow the front panel speaker level control or to be a fixed line level output. The AMS8-1A may be field configured to suit the monitoring needs of a particular operation or location, using a combination of the eight segment LED dot-matrix readout, the eight lighted pushbuttons and the two rotary shaft encoders with integral pushbutton switches. The Audio-Technica <b>ATW-32101EE1</b> fourth-generation 3000 Series wireless systems give you the power and flexibility to operate within the congested UHF spectrum. 3000 Series systems have an operating range of 300ft (100 m) and are available in two frequency bands - DE2 (470 - 530MHz) and EE1 (530 - 590MHz) - that provide a class-leading 60MHz tuning range, which is more than twice that offered by the previous 3000 Series models. Frequencies can be easily scanned and selected on the receiver and then synced with the transmitter via IR sync functionality. The 3000 Series even lets you set a backup frequency that can be quickly swapped by pressing the transmitter's multifunction button in the event of unexpected interference.</p><p>Available system configurations feature an ATW-R3210 receiver along with an ATW-T3201 body-pack or ATW-T3202 handheld transmitter. The ATW-T3201 is equipped with Audio-Technica's new rugged cH-style screw-down 4-pin connector for secure connection to A-T's cH-style lavalier and headworn microphones, or cables. The ATW-T3202 comes with either an ATW-C510 dynamic or ATW-C710 condenser interchangeable cardioid capsule, and its industry-standard thread allows for the use of four additional A-T capsules, plus other compatible capsules. Both transmitters feature rugged, metal housings and are powered by two AA batteries. Charging terminals on each transmitter work with the ATW-CHG3 and ATW-CHG3N smart charging docks (sold separately) to recharge NiMH batteries.</p>
