Seller warrants the products it provides will be free from defects in material and workmanship for 1 (one) year following the date of shipment from seller. If any of the warranted products are found by seller to be defective, such products will, at seller's sole option and cost, be replaced, repaired or refunded less an amount directly attributable to consumer's prior use of the product. Shur-Co Automotive warrants that all new, unused products are free from defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is effective for five (5) years if the product is properly installed and used for the purpose intended. It applies to the original buyer only. Shur-Co Automotive's obligation under this warranty is limited to repairing, at its option, replacing any part that is returned, transportation prepaid, to Shur-Co Automotive, Yankton, South Dakota, if the product is, in our judgment, defective. All materials must be accompanied by an RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number requested by and authorized in advance of returning the materials. Shur-Co Automotive shall not be liable or responsible to supply or pay labor to replace any part found defective, nor shall it be liable for any damages of any kind or nature to person, product, or property. There are no warranties for used products or products that have been repaired, altered, modified, subjected to misuse, negligence, accident, or ordinary wear and tear.
Skunk2 Racing warrants all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for normal use and service, regardless of mileage, for a period of time not to exceed 12 months from the original date of retail purchase. Parts returned must be determined by Skunk2 Racing to be defective prior to any warranty credit or replacement is issued. Skunk2 Racing’s obligation under warranty shall be limited to repairing or replacing, at its discretion, any part proven defective. The customer must prepay transportation charges. Final determination of the suitability of the products for the use contemplated by the buyer is the sole responsibility of the buyer. Skunk2 Racing shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor. Skunk2 Racing shall not be liable for any damages or injuries to persons or property resulting from improper installation or misuse of any part subject to this warranty. There are no other warranties expressed or implied extending beyond those set forth above.
