U-Mark products are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship at the time of purchase. U-Mark has no control over the use or storage of its products, therefore we cannot assume any responsibility or liability in connection with the use, or inability to use them. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied : we will replace to the original purchaser all products proved to be defective within one year from the date of purchase. Any other warranty, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose, is hereby disclaimed. We specifically disclaim and exclude any liability for indirect, special or consequential damages. Valley Forge Flag Company guarantees all Perma-Nyl and Koralex II labeled U.S. flags to be colorfast for ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. This guarantee is limited to replacement of this flag only. No other damages, incidental or otherwise, are covered. No purchase price refunds or shipping costs are covered. Colorfast refers to the colors retaining their base colors. Some color lightening, due to exposure to the sun, is natural, and will not affect the usability of the flag and therefore is not covered under this guarantee. Fabric tears and fraying, as a result of high winds and other climatic conditions, as well as normal wear, are not covered by this guarantee. Except as set forth herein, Valley Forge Flag Company makes no other guarantee or warranty, either express or implied, including those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Valley Forge Flag Company shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential or special damages of any kind whatsoever.
Warranty Statement Our products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of one 90 days from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product packaging. This warranty shall not apply to any altered products, misuse and/or negligent use of our products, accident, or normal wear and tear of our products. This warranty is limited and is made in lieu of all other warranties arising from the sale, delivery, use, or performance of our products. Interdynamics does not warrant our products to be fit for any particular purpose other than as expressly stated in our product literature. Except to the extent limited by applicable law, Interdynamics shall not be responsible for any special or consequential damages, and Interdynamics makes no other warranty of any kind, whether express or implied, including without limitation all implied warranties of merchantability, title and non-infringement. Any product returned due to an alleged defect in material or workmanship must receive prior return authorization from Interdynamics and must be delivered to Interdynamics’ factory for inspection, postage prepaid.
